Fernando Rojas

Fernando Rojas is Program Manager at the Japan ICU Foundation where he manages the foundation’s scholarships, grants, and special programs. Fernando spent 2 years in Fukui as an ALT from 2008 to 2010.

A native New Yorker, Fernando received his BA in Architecture from Columbia University, where he specialized in Japanese art and architecture. He is currently working on a Masters in Public Administration from the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College. He has served on the JETAANY Executive Team as the treasurer and the NJ subchapter representative. He serves on the board of NY de Volunteer, Inc., a nonprofit organization that engages the Japanese expatriate community in volunteering and service opportunities throughout NYC. He looks forward to working with his fellow JETAANY board members on growing the organization and fulfilling its mission.
