Chelsea was part of the JET Program 2015-2017 after graduating from Rutgers University. She was placed in a high school located in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture. After JET she went back to Rutgers University to get a Masters in Social Work. She is currently working with clients who have substance abuse and mental health issues, and as the Philly representative, she enjoys organizing events outside of work.
